 • Credit card holders must supply name as seen on card, card number and expiration date and billing address for card. All credit cards must clear before order is processed unless other wise agreed upon. First time Company Check users must complete a LEDworks new account form and supply the names and phone numbers of three businesses that they currently buy from. • Personal Checks, Money Orders and Cashier Check must be received and deposited before order will process. LEDworks will deposit within two business days. • International payments must be made by credit card with all above listed information unless other wise approved by LEDworks. Sales Tax: Sales Tax is required for all purchases placed from buyers with billing addresses in the state of California 7.75% tax. If applicable resale certificate must be supplied at the time the order is placed to avoid tax. Payment Terms: Terms are Net 30 if payment method applies ie: Company Check. LEDworks, Inc must approve any variations of payment terms prior to processing order. Warranty: LEDworks, Inc offers a limited warranty on light boxes for one year from shipping date. Warranty covers all electrical parts. This warranty only applies to products that have been properly handled. Any claims in regards to Plexiglas and or finish of the box must be reported the same day the box is received. Return Policy: Please reference www.ledworks.net for current policy. Quotations and Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders will be billed according to price in effect at the time the order is placed. Quotations are valid for thirty (30) calendar days. Lead Times: Quoted lead times are subject to change. A current lead-time will be declared upon receipt of the order.
