 Light Box Returns: • Buyer must call LEDworks within 3 business days to request return authorization • Light Box cannot be used or damaged • Light Box must be properly packaged for return shipping • Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges • 20% restocking fee will apply to Light Boxes built to standard size • 35% restocking fee will apply to Light Boxes built to custom size • Light Boxes can be returned for repair if properly handled after the Light Box is received for up to one year from shipping date *Reference: Warranty in Terms & Conditions Light Box Received Damaged: • Buyer must report damage to LEDworks the same day the box is received • Original packaging must be saved with the box • LEDworks must place a claim before the box can be returned • Light Box must be properly handled while in possession of the buyer • Inorder to return a box it must be properly packaged even if original packaging is damaged • LEDworks will place a call tag for the damaged Light Box • Once the Light Box is received at LEDworks and damage is accessed repair/rebuild will begin unless other wise approved by LEDworks • If the buyer does not wish to have the box repaired or replaced a 20% restocking fee will apply. • Buyer must pay shipping charges on original invoice and will be refunded once the claim has gone through *Policy subject to change at anytime by LEDworks |
